Course Content

Hong-Sau Technique of Meditation
The Hong-Sau Technique of Concentration helps to develop one’s latent powers of concentration. Through practice of this technique one learns to withdraw thought and energy from outward distractions so that it may be focused on any goal — whether solving a problem at hand or realizing the Divine Consciousness within.
Energization Exercises
The Energization Exercises are a set of 39 exercises which can instantly recharge the human body with an unlimited supply of cosmic energy. These exercises are Paramhansa Yogananda’s unique contribution to the Science of Yoga.
Raja Yoga Philosophy
Paths of Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Yama and Niyama, Affirmations and Habits, Energy and Magnetism, and Signs of Spiritual Progress.
Guided Meditations
Guided meditations can help you bring more calmness, joy and energy into your daily life. They help you meditate with greater ease, especially when practiced with the magnetism and support of a group — group energy is extremely beneficial to individual sadhana.

All our experienced kriya yoga meditation practitioners will guide your learning journey via WhatsApp as well as in‑person class support.

About Meditation Teacher
Nayaswami Devendra ji
Nayaswami Devendra ji read Autobiography of a Yogi in 2004 and since then has been a disciple of Paramhansa Yogananda ji. He has been actively involved in sharing his Guru’s teachings in many cities in India and has helped in establishing meditation centers in Gurugram, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, and Kolkata. He has also taught meditation classes in Singapore, Dubai and China. Currently he leads the Ananda Center in Ahmedabad. He loves music and nature.
